Spring and Summer are the ideal times for fly fishing on one of our three lakes, Currawong Lakes, Long Marsh Lake and Lake Macquarie, home to a carefully managed rainbow and brown trout fishery. During the winter months, from May to August, Currawong Lakes provides a unique wingshooting experience. We have developed a solid reputation for providing a formal walked up shoot over well trained gun dogs for wild and traditionally managed game birds. Our world class sporting clay range is available for use by guests all year round to sharpen your skills prior to a wingshoot or for dedicated sporting clay days. Whether your outdoor interests are fishing, shooting or both Currawong Lakes is able to accommodate your needs with a day, weekend or week specifically tailored to meet your requirements. Currawong Lakes Trout Fishery and Game Park lies in the east coast highlands between Lake Leake and Tooms Lake. It is situated on the edge of the Long Marsh water reserve and Tooms Lake conservation area.
