Big Red Fishing Charters runs a 10.4 metre Clayton Galant custom built to 2C survey which is maintained to the highest standards. Surveyed to carry 12 passengers comfortably.
Powered by twin 200hp turbo charge Volvo Penta diesel engines to get you there and back safely, with all of the latest electronics to help find the fish. We also have a flushing toilet on board for your convenience.

Balgowan is less than a two hour drive including a stop over at Port Wakefield from Adelaide CBC.
Take the Port Wakefield road to Port Wakefield Approximately 2 kilometres out of Port Wakefield, you come to a fork in the road. Carry on straight (sign post - Ardrossan, Bute, Kadina).
At the next major intersection turn left (sign post Ardrossan, Maitland - Route B86).

Travel to Ardrossan and continue approximately 1.5 km past the petrol station on the right. You will come to a cross road. Turn right to Maitland as per sign.
Once you arrive in Maitland, turn right into the main street. At the end of the main street, take the Moonta road (turn left as per sign). Approximately 4 kilometers down the road you will see a sign to Balgowan, turn left.
On arrival prepare yourself for a enjoyable day on the water.
